The location of the hotel was amazing - not too far from Xpu-ha Beach. I have just spent 7 days in a superior room with refreshments, fridge, and snacks, and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Fantastic stay, as always. Everything was great, excellent service, wonderful location near Barcelo Maya Grand Resort and was beautiful to go for a hour. The rooms with refreshments, snacks plus fridge. Delicious and marvellous breakfasts with great food.

The hotel has reasonably spacious rooms in a beautiful area close to the shore. Great location, just a short walk away from Cenote Azul. The Broiler restaurant is on the premises.

The overall experience was enjoyable. The room was fantastic, with breathtaking views and a stunning oceanfront pool.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely polite and helpful during our check-in process. The buffet options were delicious and we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing food at the steakhouse. The beach was clean and the location was convenient, being near the mall and just off the shore. the hotel facilities were excellent and we were very happy with the breakfast and the friendly staff.

The location is comfy and amazing, 5 minutes' walk to Cenote Cristalino. The rooms are updated and fairly quiet, have down pillows. Satellite television, climate control, and an individual safe are available. The Barcelo Maya Caribe in Xpu Ha boasts a convenient and delightful location, just a 5-minute stroll away from Cenote Cristalino. The rooms are modern and peaceful, furnished with cozy down pillows. Guests can also enjoy amenities like satellite television, individual climate control, and secure safes.

Rooms were recently renovated, with minor plumbing issues. Air conditioning had a slight odor. Swim-up rooms were great. Grounds were beautiful, with fantastic pools and beach.

I recently stayed at Barcelo in Xpu Ha for a week-long vacation with my family. The newly renovated premium level rooms were absolutely beautiful, and despite a few minor plumbing issues and the occasional smelly air conditioning, we were very comfortable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the swim-up rooms, which were fantastic. The grounds of the hotel were well-maintained and the pools and beach were simply amazing. The staff at the hotel were incredibly polite and helpful, making our check-in process a breeze. We enjoyed delicious meals at the buffet and had the best steakhouse experience one night. The service throughout our stay was excellent, especially at the a la carte dinners which exceeded our expectations. we were very pleased with the variety and quality of the food options at the hotel.

Despite the many positive aspects of our stay, I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is simply luxurious! the exclusive amenities and exceptional service make it stand out. the Spa & Wellness Centre is exquisite, with a variety of treatments available. the beach access is fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers available. the poolside snack bar is a great touch and the food at the restaurant is exceptional. the room advantages are also worth mentioning, with private facilities that make you feel like royalty.

The only issue we experienced was a lack of sun loungers in the garden area. However, this was only a minor issue and did not detract from our overall experience.

We were in the city and the hotel was in a good location. The staff was friendly and gave us two free drinks upon arrival. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

The room was not clean and there were stains on the sheets. The noise from the street was loud and kept us up at night.

The facilities were great, with many entertainment and dining options available. Strikers Sports Bar provided fun. Remodeled premium level rooms were nice, aside from a few plumbing issues and smelly air conditioning. Swim up rooms were fantastic. Grounds, pools, and beach were lovely!
